You can mount various action cameras on this gimbal from GoPro Hero 7 Black, DJI OSMO Action, SJCAM and many more with the similar size and shape. The mount is quite a universal mount, but also makes its quite annoying and slow to mount or remove a camera.
The iSteady Pro2 got a IPX4 rating, meaning its been tested for being splash proof from any angle for 5 minutes. However I was walking around for 30 minutes and posing it in various locations in the rain and it still works.
The biggest issue I have with this gimbal is how you access certain modes. As for ALL LOCK and ALL FOLLOW setting you need to press the mode button quite a lot to access, which makes it is quite easy to miss the timing. Yet me as an active gimbal uses use the ALL LOCK and PAN FOLLOW the most, but PAN FOLLOW is easy to access with one press, yet ALL LOCK need to press the mode button 3 times. Also when you need to press the gimbal so many times so fast you also add shakes.
Even though its a 2nd generation gimbal, I do feel like the maker of this is not an active gimbal user, as there are many things it can still improve upon to make it more user friendly. However the gimbal feels quite stable and does what it says.
