Another top handle rig but this time not attached to the hotshoe but the normal screw on the bottom of the camera. The parts used for this setup are all available at camera shops or can be bought on Ebay and the second be cheapest to buy the parts. The best is also to use on a camera with a flipout screen as it partially blocks the monitor on the back of the camera.
