This is a communication sheet that is used in the Video Village which allows the Director and Script Supervisor to communicate with each other without needing to talk. The director just have to point out the issues on the sheet so the script supervisor can note the issue. The reason for this is that the take can continue without the being compromised by someone talking as there are parts that is still usable in the edit. Print it out and paste it under the large monitor in the video village.
