Avid is a well know video editing software for professional and the made an iPad version or a iMovie with better function and more advanced functions.
However it looks neat cool they added function that iMovie was missing but the coding for the program is not that great cause the program crashes way to fast, not recommended to download until you have a faster next gen iPad that could handle it preferable iPad 3.
