In this Adobe Premiere Pro CC2019 video tutorial we are going to show to how to use the new Rulers and Guides system. It make it easy to build your own custom guides to help you snap your videos, images or graphics to a certain guide line. However because it is still a new system there are new things it still can not do like snap graphic point and snapping a mask to the guidelines. However learn how to make most use of this system by watching this video.
Personally this system is very useful for aligning your videos better inside of Adobe Premiere Pro, however I do wish to see future updates where they would implement that the mask and graphic points would snap to the guide lines also.
If you are using an older Premiere Pro you can download my Guide Templates which works for older Premiere, however those are more build for helping you frame better, but does not have a snap system
