This video we will teach you 3 methods how to achieve a neon effect in Adobe Premiere Pro with out needs of a plug-in nor After Effects.

First is the wrong method as Premiere Pro does have a Glow effect, however this glow have some oddities to it that I do not recommend to use, 2nd method is a rather quick single clip with effects which can achieve quick neon look without needing a lot of time. 3rd is more advanced look with details and a reflection.
