So tonight uploaded a new video which I used the Youtube Preset in Adobe Premiere Pro to upload, however after the upload notice it had to be Processed and once I saw the video online it got a ton of compressions in it especially the night sky. And knew Youtube have changed the render requirements again.
So Youtube have changed the compression as now all the 1080p videos are even more compressed then before, going from 16Mbps with High 16Mbps its now 8Mbps with High 12Mbps. And recommended to change the presets to the new ones improving your renders to Youtube, so they don’t have to process it on their server and lowering the quality of your videos even more. Now that 1080p have been lowered so much, is it still recommende to upload 1080p, probably Youtube is pushing for the bigger resolutions of the like of 2k 1440p and 4k 2160p as they have the higher Bitrates. So to get better looking videos I do advice to either upscale to 2k 1440 or start working on projects in 2k 1440 already. If you want to check the settings yourself and also because time to time it changes follow this link to view the proper render settings: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en

thanks for the news
