1/30 static shots without too much movements otherwise images gets very blurry and looks out of focus. But its actually motion blur while the subject is actually in focus.
1/50 – 1/100 handheld shooting with more sharper images without getting jumpy effect. The faster the shutter the less of motion blur there is.
Everything higher than 1/100 you will get the jumpy action effect, cause there is totally no motion blur in the shots and cause there is no blur that make the movement blend over, it will show a jumpy effect.
When everything is still over exposed you can change your aperture however you can also add an ND filter which lower the amount of light without losing the dof.
