This is a fairly easy packaging when you look at it. However the special and innovative part of it is made by a small curved fold you see in the middle. This make is possible to have a round overal wrap around the bottle, and not have a flat fold and making a part of the label be flat and not rounded.
For the rest it is glued on the back and the cap of the bottle hold it in place. Here below you see the actual template I made, and it is actually a fairly easy to design for other bottles and also can be altered to a small round booklet label instead of an overall round wrapped label.
