JVC LS-300 most underrated camera at NAB Show 2017

I think this been most underrated cinema camera at NAB even though there are a lot of big expensive cameras that are newer, this old JVC LS300 just gotten a major firmware update giving it 4K 60p and 4k 422 internal, while this camera cost around 3000bucks which is way less than any other cinema camera that can film 4k 60p.

Of course it if more expensive than a Panasonic GH5 which can film internal 4k 60p, however it is not really a cinema camera and need additional equipement like adding ND filters and buy additional XLR unit, but the GH5 only has a Micro 4/3 sensor while the JVC LS-300 got a Super 35mm.

And comparing it with Canon C300 mark II and Sony FS7II the prices are well over 10K USD and you could have bought a LS-300 and tons of additional gear making it quite great for any start up filmmakers to consider the LS-300. And in addition to the LS-300 you can add a speedbooster onto the camera to make it a Full Frame Cinema camera to get the nicer thinner DOF, which pretty much the only other 4k 60p camera that can do that too is the Sony FS7.
